Cancelling

Within 14 days of buying

You have 14 days from the day of purchase to cancel and be refunded in full, unless you agreed at checkout to immediate access and have started using what you bought. To cancel, tell us clearly that you are cancelling, by the contact form at beyondamazing.co.uk/contact or by post to the registered office below. You can use the form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to. We refund within 14 days of hearing from you, to the card you paid with.

A membership, at any time

Go to your account page and choose Manage membership. That takes you to our payment provider's page, where you can cancel in two clicks. Your membership runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops. Nothing more is charged. You can also cancel by contacting us; we do it for you the same working day.

What happens next

Your account moves to archive mode: you keep everything you wrote, and the videos, coach and Joe pause until you rejoin.
